Due to the nature of our plant products, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.
Once your package is handed over to the post office, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays that may occur during shipping.
We take great care in packaging your order and only use high-quality shipping materials.
Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:
• You receive the incorrect plant.
• The plant has died due to excessive moisture in the box.
• The plant has died due to an insect infestation or disease during shipment or within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The plant is damaged due to an insect attack during shipment or within 48 hours of receiving your order.
